Car wreck!
First off, I know, I know, I know, post new pictures! I got it!
I had a flashback to about 9 years ago when Shayla and I got in our car accident during our good 'ole Goddard High School days. I was at 183rd and Kellogg on Wednesday, on my way to work, and SMACK! I got hit from behind. The kid (yes, high school student, and yes, from Goddard) hit me going about 50-60 mph. There is a stoplight at this intersection now, and you would think you would see that the light was red! HELLO!!!
So, my Trailblazer is all jacked up now. I saw it coming and even yelled out "crap, I'm getting jacked!" And a few other words that I shouldn't have said. We'll just leave those blank.
I am super sore, but thankful it was just me in the car and I didn't have Reece with me.
Now, I will get busy on posting pics! Later, that is. It's time to ice my neck and back.

Cooking Blog
I am going to start a cooking blog to share recipes. Shayla and I talked about doing this a while ago but never did. If you want to join it, let me know and we can do one blog to post favorite recipes on. Share your thoughts, what do you think?

Yes, there are new pictures(post below), but found a cool website and some other random things
So, if you want to take up a new hobby of baking, check out this website!
Since I have so much extra time these days (ha, ha, ha) I think I will start cooking!
Okay, maybe in a few more months down the road. But also check out the other links on this page too. It's at least fun to look at!

Calming a fussy baby...........
seriously, I tried the methods from a book called "The Happiest Baby on the Block" and it works!
I was getting frustrated at trying to figure out how to calm Reece in a way that just didn't take as long. It calms him in minutes!
